Developing Dreams Foundation Takes Focus
Pablo Malco has impacted and challenged the status quo with dramatic dance and engaging durability for 20 plus years in Broward County and South Florida.
Today he is poised to make his boldest move ever, forging into specifics and structure of the enterprise that he has built along the way, Developing Dreams Foundation.
With his mission and his dream, Malco has endeared his way into many organizations, artist’s programs, schools and community scheduling, and now he gathers it all together with laser focus.
“We have taken steps toward company renovation,” says Malco. “That is, internal structure that involves goal-oriented consulting, a guided awareness program in order to build momentum, website rebuilding to upgrade our digital presence and our professional footprint, and increased involvement from our board.” The restructure is geared towards very specific goals as he sees them:
1. After School Community Programs in Underserved Communities’ Youth and Seniors with a goal to serve 1,000 students per month.
2. Three Annual events a year that enhance artists in the community through the opportunity to showcase their talent. These events also engage any youth in the community who may wish to come forward in any of the genres of dance, music, producing, choreography, media arts and recording.
3. Fundraising to make, One and Two, happen
