ABOUT US

The Developing Dreams Foundation (DDF) is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) dedicated to the education and development of the performing and auditory arts with a specific focus on serving under-privileged and at-risk children. DDF strives to build self-confidence, self-respect, and self-discipline, while supporting a goal-setting culture as well as encouraging the general respect and acceptance of others. We achieve this through our classes, workshops, youth groups, and performances. Developing Dreams Foundation has been a liaison for local individuals as well as grass root organizations that share similar interest in developing youth to help build a stronger, more promising community in the years to come. Based on the support and donations from individuals and businesses nationwide, DDF is able to provide opportunities and serve thousands of kids and young adults annually through scholarships, job opportunities, admission to musical and theatrical productions, as well as opportunities to study and perform with professional performing artists.

WHAT WE DO

Developing Dreams Foundations (DDF) is a not-for-profit organization that provides a variety of professional performing arts opportunities to aspiring artists whose upbringing can be from less-than-ideal surroundings and support systems. From offering an array of performing art classes and seminars to providing performance opportunities, DDF is known for the development of young performing artists. Not only helping at-risk children when they are young, but also giving them a future by providing consistent work opportunities, DDF supports and enhances the lives of all types of artists throughout all stages of their careers.  DDF finds it vital to not only help these young, aspiring artists, but to consistently teach, support, and motivate them throughout their careers and most importantly, their lives.

FOR THE YOUTH

In addition to performance opportunities, DDF provides quality after-school classes that include advanced level training in a safe, constructive environment. Intensive training courses are held in 8 – 12 week sessions.  All classes are limited in size in order to achieve the most productive and effective training environments for each student.  Due to limited class size and immense demand by future artists, these classes’ admission is based on audition only.
