Developing Dreams Foundation offers a variety of classes for Senior Citizens. Our classes are contracted through senior centers through out Broward County.

Senior Classes available are as follows.

• Computer Literacy - Students will be introduced to the most useful, uses of the computer such as; How to navigate the computer, how to browse internet how to research their interest, as well as sending and receiving emails.

• Chair Fitness - Students will complete a full Boyd workout through seated exercises, includes stretching, posture improving exercises, chair dancing.

• Line Dance - Students will learn the newest latest line dances and trends, burn calories, exercise and have fun. Adult Class

• Tai Chi - Students will learn to breathe and control movements that will enhance health and stability though the slow meditated movements of Tai Chi Chaun
