In order
for Developing Dream Foundation to provide arts educational opportunities to less fortunate and
underserved children in South Florida, our goal is to raise $100,000.

The Developing Dreams Foundation (DDF) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) dedicated to the education and development
of the performing and auditory arts with a specific focus on serving under-privileged and at-risk children. Since
our inception in 2007 we have focused on helping youth find a positive path, which builds self-confidence, selfrespect
and self-discipline while supporting a goal-setting culture, as well as encouraging the general respect and
acceptance of others.
We meet our mission by providing classes, workshops, youth groups, and performances in South Florida, which
are culturally diverse, not only in the cast, but the music, dance selection, and cultural influences. From
beginning level performing art classes in various concentrations taught by master instructors to professional
performance opportunities available to both novice and professional performing artists, we mentor students
from all walks of life with a positive and constructive influence in our local communities.

Our annual events are created and produced to bring the community together through performing arts and are
combined with local well-seasoned professionals and aspiring performing artists in their local community.
The Hip Hop Symphony - A musical dance production that embodies the diverse performance art
culture of Broward County.
Planet Choreo - An all-ages dance event that brings South Florida’s dance community together for great
fun and friendly dance battles.
Mic Check (Independent artists showcase)- A vocal performing artist’s showcase geared towards young
vocal artists of several musical genres.
The Choreographers' Ball - South Florida's premier dance showcase, displaying some of the finest
choreographers, dance crews, and dance companies in Broward, Dade & West Palm Beach.
Performing Arts Politics - A Theatrical Musical production where 20 artists leave it all on the stage as
they audition for the job of a lifetime. These stories are told through dance, music, singing and hilarious
monologues.
