Developing Dreams Foundation is excited to present our:

F.A.M.E. Gala - Lip Sync Contest

This extravaganza is guaranteed to bring the excitement and fun back to the office place. 

We are now accepting nomination for participants.

Please read below to fully understand the guidelines and participation requirements.

 

Nominate your best, Karaoke performer, co-worker, boss, fitness partner, or family star.

Participant Guidelines:

  • Each Participant will be encourage to sell 10 tickets to complete their sponsored table. 
  • Each participant will be required to have at least one tech rehearsal prior to event.
  • Each participant will perform 2 songs.
  • All entrants must complete the official entry form and include in their email submission.
  • The entry form must include the lyrics of the chosen song for review.
  • All entrants must submit an .MP3 of their chosen song via email. No other file formats will be accepted.
  • No songs may exceed a PG-13 rating. Any songs that do exceed the rating will be disqualified.
  • Songs may not contain profane language.
  • Contestants may enter as a single person and we will provide the back up.
  • Contestants may only perform once in each act. (they will perform two times throughout the night.
  • Songs may not exceed 2 minutes in length.
  • Songs may be a mashup of different songs.
  • On stage, performances may not exceed a PG-13 rating at the discretion of the judges. Please remember this is an all-age’s convention.
  • You may not change your chosen song if we are less than 2 weeks away from performance date
  • Judges reserve the right to disqualify a contestant for any reason they deem fit. (IE: A contestant is discovered trying to cheat, sabotaging another contestant, etc.)
  • Store bought and commissioned costumes are allowed into this contest.
  • You may not throw objects from the stage into the audience.
  • Combat is not allowed on stage.
  • Prop mics may be requested for the performance. Real mics will not be provided, as you will not be singing.
  • Performances MAY NOT exceed a PG-13 rating at the discretion of the judges. Those that violate this rule will be disqualified.
  • Have fun and get the audience as excited as you are!
